How to use company culture as change-enabler?

In November, we hosted a hybrid event with Nadine Lahaye.

Under the motto "Together we can achieve more than alone," Colruyt investigated the hidden (company culture) drivers behind visible software features of a legacy system and their business requirements. The same cultural drivers were then used to formulate new business requirements for a new software system without losing the identity of the company.
Some requirements do not fit the original scope of a legacy system. These 'leftover' requirements need to be tackled straight away and find a place, too. Dig up the mud early.
