Survey Engagement 

Our first Big Belgian BA survey helps us discover the Belgian business analysis landscape and business analyst profile. But what does it mean to you?  What's your interpretation of the data? What insights, decisions, and actions does it trigger for you?
Join our Survey Community Session on Tuesday 20th of April and discuss how to use the survey as a tool in your BA work.

Lavina Wiebe, Communications Coordinator, IIBA Calgary Chapter
Lavina joined IIBA® in 2012. She is a Senior Business Analyst who has been involved with the Calgary chapter since 2013 in various board and volunteer positions and currently holds the role of 'Communications Coordinator'. Lavina completed the MRU Business Analysis Extension Certificate in Aug 2020 and is currently planning to write her CBAP® exam later this spring.

Craig Leger is a Business Analyst with a special focus on Business Process Management (BPM), developing teams and organizational capabilities in process maturity.
His work in this area began in the 1990’s at Nortel Networks, where he spearheaded the digital transformation of requirements management within the Wireless R&D organization.
In 2012 Craig joined the Alcatel-Lucent engineering team as Requirements Manager for the Honolulu Rail Transit Project, a large-scale systems integration project, to design and build a new metro rail system in Hawaii. After Alcatel-Lucent was acquired by Nokia Networks in 2016, Craig continued as Requirements Manager, but assumed additional roles as Process and Quality Manager, and Customer Interface Manager.

  • How: in short zoom-breakout groups, each of you will work around the same question that’s deducted from the survey, afterwards we conclude together
