How to use company culture as change-enabler?
Replacing a legacy system can be a challenge. Strange, as the new system objectively seems to offer better features. What can happen if you look beyond features and requirements, and take your company culture into account?
Within Colruyt Group we have been using our own mail system for over 10 years. This software reflects values that are important to our management. It says something about who we are as a company.
Our management invested time to understand how the old features and business requirements were linked to our company values. And they visualised these links with our corporate identity in a “culture compass”.
Discover how our ‘culture compass’ helps us leave legacy behind, by showing how the features in the new tooling are different but relate to the same business requirements. And most importantly, how they map onto the same corporate values?
