BAs must embrace things such as innovation, external perspectives, and continual improvement, and adopt such techniques as 'customer perspective', 'design thinking', and 'thinking outside the box'. This is where effective collaboration helps BAs rise to the top.
Today’s session will help you identify key ways to help introduce innovative ways to map execute, allow value be seen, and help the business analyst be effective, efficient, and help provide the most impact.

|Shane Lakhani is the BA Practice Lead (UK) for North Highland’s Process & Business Analysis Capability. Shane has 15+ years’ experience of delivering high profile business and I.T change programs. Shane brings passion to Business Analysis and Product Ownership. He genuinely cares about delivering great experiences to people, teams, and users through delivering excellent products, with a focus on helping individuals and teams deliver high performance through adoption of good agile practices and mindset.|
Will Pitchers has nearly a decade of experience delivering complex digital transformation projects and programmes across a diverse range of industries. He sits within the leadership team for North Highland’s Process & Business Analysis capability and has a proven track recorded for leading high performing teams. He specialises in operational improvement, business analysis, process architecture development, project management, agile, change management, vendor selection support, and business process design & governance.
