There's a lot of business going on in and close to the center of Europe. And there's a lot of business analysis and architecture going on there too. With the BA & Beyond conference, we want to create a forum for sharing inspiration, knowledge and experience across the BA community in the heart of Europe. With the BA & Beyond conference, the IIBA Brussels Chapter and the IIBA Dutch Chapter, together with co-founders IT Works and altershape, wants to create a forum for sharing inspiration, knowledge and experience across the BA community in the heart of Europe.

We'll be offering a wide variety of topics by peers through presentations, discussions and a poster session:

• Proven approaches that stand the test of time, and are looked at from new perspectives
• How to become a more impactful BA and help shape and realise your organisation's strategy
• BA & Agile: How do you perform BA work in an agile context? How do you move towards a more agile way of working?
• Bringing in the customer and user with service design and interviews
• Facilitation skills

We are also really happy to welcome Adrian Reed, immediate past president of IIBA UK, as our closing keynote speaker. We're told he'll be performing some magic tricks on stage...
