From Project Portfolio to Information Concept
In our organization, numerous projects run in parallel. How do we select the initiatives that truly contribute to our mission and vision? Are we building the right solutions? Where do different business projects overlap?
These were exactly the challenges we faced during our organizational transformation—until a turning point emerged…
We began by establishing a Business Architecture at Elia. The first step was creating a reference framework for a single project—one that, surprisingly, had connections with many other projects. Gradually, this led to a broader reference framework. By clearly defining capabilities, our strategic direction became more evident. Establishing information concepts ensured that different projects started speaking the same language.
Ultimately, we created a horizontal framework that connects the entire organization, from the Business layer to the Solution layer.
Our journey from structure to conscious organizational transformation.
